Warranty case

If, contrary to expectations, the vehicle received does not work properly and provides grounds for a warranty claim, we will find a satisfactory solution for you. The following possible solutions are available:

Sending of spare parts

If the replacement of the defective spare part is uncomplicated and can be done in a few simple steps, we may send you the spare part free of charge. So you can fix the error yourself and enjoy driving your new vehicle as quickly as possible.

Repair through on-site service

If the problem is complex, we can fix it with our on-site service. After making an appointment, we will come directly to your home in a well-equipped workshop vehicle, bring the required spare parts with us and carry out the warranty work on site.

Repair in the workshop

If you want to go quickly, you can also come to our workshop with the vehicle after prior notice and have the warranty case processed directly.

Exclusion of warranty concerns:

  • Wear parts such as spark plugs, petrol filters, oil filter elements, drive belts, air filters, brake linings, brake pads, brake disks, clutch disks, variomatic rollers, lamps, light bulbs, fuses, tires, hoses and other rubber parts.
  • Lubricants (e.g. oils, greases etc.) and technical fluids (e.g. battery fluid, brake fluid, etc.).
  • Inspection and adjustment intervals, as well as other periodic maintenance work and all cleaning work.
  • damaged trim and plastic parts that were not reported immediately after delivery.

Motorroller.de has the right to refuse the fulfillment of warranty claims if and to the extent that:

  • the buyer has not had one of the prescribed inspections / maintenance carried out or has had it carried out late, even if the fault has already occurred before the prescribed time.
  • Repair and maintenance work has been carried out on the vehicle that does not meet the technical requirements, specifications and instructions of the manufacturer.
  • the vehicle was used for purposes that were not intended or was subjected to excessive loads in disregard of the specified load capacity limits (e.g. maximum speed, permissible total weight, etc.).
  • in the maintenance and repair work carried out on the vehicle by? Motorroller.de? Unapproved spare parts or fuel, lubricants or technical fluids (including cleaning agents) that do not meet the stated specifications were used in the operation of the scooter.
  • the vehicle has been rebuilt, modified or provided with parts that do not match those of? Motorroller.de? include expressly approved equipment.
  • the vehicle has been stored or transported in a technically unsuitable manner. The obligation to keep them free does not apply to all ancillary costs and other financial disadvantages generated by a warranty case (e.g. telephone costs, meal costs, costs for rental vehicles or taxi / bus / train, etc.). The buyer is responsible for ensuring that maintenance is carried out at the prescribed intervals and that it is documented accordingly.
